If the sweltering heat of summer has left you craving ice cream (for 3 meals a day…) this refreshing frozen banana ice cream is the perfect way to indulge in a healthy way. A highly nutritious blend of walnuts, frozen bananas and vanilla bean to keep you feeling nourished, energized, and most importantly – cool. ENJOY!
Ingredients
Ice Cream
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 vanilla stick
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
Toppings
- 2 maracuyas (passion fruit)
- few dragon fruit balls ( made with the melon baller )
- 1 or 2 dehydrated hibiscus flowers
