Vitamin Packed Power Smoothie

When we nourish our minds with the right types of healthy fats, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals, we experience more mental clarity, more creativity, and experience a more balanced and positive outlook on life. Vitamin packed power smoothies like this one here are one of the easiest and most tasty ways to pack in the goodness for a nourished body AND mind.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup young coconut meat
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 red beet
  • 1-2 cups non-dairy milk, water or tea
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 pouch Pranin Organic Super Berry Smoothie Booster


Blend it all up and drink it all down! Yesssss. Consider yourself boosted. P.S. I sprinkled mine with chia seeds because they’re cute.
