For those days when you crave the comfort of a warm beverage in your hand, but prefer to keep it caffeine-free. Moringa is a green superfood that contains a heap of antioxidants and is an excellent source of iron and magnesium, helping fight stress and fatigue. It’s jam-packed with Vitamin A and Vitamin E, good for healthy skin and your immune system, and is actually a source of plant-based protein. You can have all of this – plus a natural, sustaining boost of energy – in your morning cup!
Ingredients
- 1 tsp moringa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a small pot and whisk until combined.
- Heat over low-medium heat to desired temperature, making sure not to boil.
- Whisk continuously if you would like to froth the milk more, or alternatively add all the ingredients to an electric milk frother and enjoy!
