Vanilla Chai Ice Cream

Although it may be a little chilly outside, this perfect vanilla chai ice cream is the perfect dessert to go with a hot cup of tea.


  • 4 c water
  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 1 c coconut butter
  • 1/2 c raw honey
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1/4 t Celtic Sea salt


Steep tea bags in water for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until cool. Blend all remaining ingredients. Pour into an ice cream maker, or freeze in ice cube trays and process in food processor.
