This minty green smoothie is all about the mint! it’s so delicious and refreshing! Drink this for breakfast and your body will thank you for starting the day right with plenty of fiber, vitamins and minerals, and chlorophyll. Enjoy!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 navel orange
- 2 cups frozen honeydew melon chunks
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
