Tangerine Coconut Smoothie

This creamy and mood-elevating smoothie combines energizing tangerine and mint with creamy, nutritious coconut for the most delightful Monday morning (or ANY morning) breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 tangerines, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tbs shredded coconut
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 cup nut milk (I used hemp milk)
Toppings
  • Coconut flakes
  • Mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon tangerine zest

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth, garnish, and have the most joyful morning ever!
