This creamy and mood-elevating smoothie combines energizing tangerine and mint with creamy, nutritious coconut for the most delightful Monday morning (or ANY morning) breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 tangerines, peeled
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbs shredded coconut
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 cup nut milk (I used hemp milk)
Toppings
- Coconut flakes
- Mint
- 1/2 teaspoon tangerine zest
Instructions
- Blend until smooth, garnish, and have the most joyful morning ever!
