If you’ve yet to try a raw chocolate treat with the flavors of lemon and goji berries you have been missing out! This is such a simple recipe, and only takes mere seconds to throw together. It is also low glycemic, and totally luscious.
Yield: 1 large batch
- 2 cups of goji berries
- 2 cups of cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 2 cups grated raw cacao butter
1) Add everything to a Vita-Mix and blend until smooth.
2) Pour into any mould and put in the fridge to set.
