This drink is super simple, but everything in it will help quench your thirst. Watermelon is incredibly hydrating and pairs perfectly with strawberries, which are high in vitamin C. The addition of fresh lime juice and mint leaves makes this drink the perfect late afternoon, non-alcoholic cocktail (or make it the real deal with your favorite spirit). If you’re feeling adventurous, pour this into popsicle molds for a light, evening treat!
Ingredients
- 2½ cups fresh watermelon
- 2½ cups frozen strawberries (if using fresh, add extra ice)
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 large lime
- Optional: 1 cup ice
Instruction
- Blend everything together.
- Divide between 2 glasses or pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
- Relax, refresh, enjoy!
