Green smoothie or strawberry milkshake…decisions, decisions. Luckily you don’t have to make this tough choice – break the rules and combine the two in one smoothie glass for a fun layered effect!
Ingredients
Supa-Green PB Smoothie Recipe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaping TBSP The Natural Citizen Organic Greens
- 1 TBSP peanut butter (RFR tip: or a raw nut butter of your choice like almond butter)
- 2 cups almond milk
Organic Energy Strawberry Milkshake Recipe
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh of frozen strawberries
- 1 heaping TBSP The Natural Citizen Organic Energy
- 1 TBSP coconut butter or manna
- 2 cups almond milk
Instructions
- Blend your two smoothie flavors and layer them both in 1 glass. Enjoy!
