Rawtella Ice Cream with Rawtella Chocolate Drizzle

A decadent raw ice cream recipe using Rawtella and garnished with more Rawtella.


  • 2 cups young coconut meat
  • 2 cups young coconut water
  • 1 cup almond or cashew milk
  • 2 tbs. Rawtella
  • 1 tbs. cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tbs. cacao butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp. of sea salt or to taste

Rawtella Drizzle

  • 2 tbs. Rawtella
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil
  • 2 tbs. water


Ice Cream How to: Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Transfer this mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufactures directions OR pour the mixture in ice cream trays, freeze in the freezer, and then put through the champion with a blank or in a greenstar/solostar juicer. Set aside.

Sauce How to: Blend or Mix until well combined.

Assembly: Arrange scoops of ice cream in a bowl and drizzle a generous helping of Rawtella. Enjoy!
