Raw Vegan Honey Mustard Dressing

Light, creamy, vegan salad dressing is perfect for warmer weather months. Try it over a bed of fresh arugula, micro greens, or crunchy romaine with plenty of cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouts, etc. Enjoy!


  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, soaked
  • 1/3 cup filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons organic mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon agave
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • dash of salt


  1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and add water slowly until desired consistency is reached.
