Rich chocolate power bites, great for those looking for a healthy snack. These are similar to the bounty bites, but a little bit extra special, less bounty, more chocolaty! They make a great snack, with zero guilt. Not only are these little balls way too good to pass down, they’re also really easy to make.
Yield: 10 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecan nuts
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 1/4 cup dates pitted
Instructions
- Add everything except for the dates to the food processor and pulse until the nuts are finely chopped.
- Now add the pitted dates and pulse until everything’s combined. For them into balls (or squares) and store in your fridge. Enjoy!
