Raw Vegan Chocolate Coconut Pudding

Chocolate pudding in a packet….you know, the type that comes as a powder, you add milk to it, and let it sit overnight. Tasty, yes, but DEFINITELY not healthy. This easy recipe here is just like those instant chocolate puddings, only a million times better. It’s so creamy, sweet and chocolately – and good enough to get the thumbs up from your kids as well!


  • 1 cup (150g) young coconut flesh (from 1 to 2 coconuts)
  • 3 (60g) medjool dates
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water
  1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
