This classic Swedish dish is perfect as a side dish, sandwich topping, or even as a potato salad! Best enjoyed while dreaming about the fjords.
Ingredients
- Half a cucumber
- 10 green peppercorns
- 5 black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons chopped dill
- Pinch of Himalayan pink crystal salt
Instructions
- Rinse and slice the cucumber in very thin slices
- Grind the peppercorns
- Mix pepper, salt, vinegar and dill
- Fold in the cucumber
- Let sit in fridge for an hour or more, to let the cucumber soften and moisten up the mix
