Raw Raspberry Tart

Sweet + sour, wholesome + decadent come together in these gorgeous raw + gluten-free raspberry tarts! You’ll love popping these out as dinner party desserts—they only take 20 minutes to make, can be prepped beforehand, and are chock-full of antioxidants, plant-based protein, dietary fiber, healthy fats, vitamin E, vitamin C, manganese, copper, and iron!




  1. Pulse the crust ingredients in a food processor until they form a fine crust.
  2. Spoon the crust into ramekins, pressing down to form an even layer, and then chill the ramekins in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Blend the filling ingredients until creamy, remove the ramekins from the freezer, and top off the crust.
  4. Sprinkle on raspberries, dig in, + ENJOY!
