Raw Cookies with Strawberry Jam

These cookies are really quick to make and they will be hard to resist. But don’t worry, because they are low-fat and super healthy!


  • 250 g | 2 cups dates
  • 30 g | ⅓ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp carob flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
Strawberry Jam
  • 300 g | 2 cup fresh strawberries (or thawed frozen)
  • 250 g | 2 cups dates
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • Fresh strawberries
  1. In a food processor mix dates, add coconut flakes, carob and vanilla and mix until it sticks together.
  2. Form cookies.
  3. For the strawberry jam, mix everything in a blender until smooth.
  4. Put a little bit of jam on each cookie and decorate with a slice of strawberry. Enjoy!
