These cookies are really quick to make and they will be hard to resist. But don’t worry, because they are low-fat and super healthy!
Ingredients
Cookies
- 250 g | 2 cups dates
- 30 g | ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp carob flour
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Strawberry Jam
- 300 g | 2 cup fresh strawberries (or thawed frozen)
- 250 g | 2 cups dates
Decoration
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- Fresh strawberries
Instruction
- In a food processor mix dates, add coconut flakes, carob and vanilla and mix until it sticks together.
- Form cookies.
- For the strawberry jam, mix everything in a blender until smooth.
- Put a little bit of jam on each cookie and decorate with a slice of strawberry. Enjoy!
