This pudding is finger licking good. Literally. It’s like a little taste of heaven. It is rich and decadent and sooo easy to make!
- 1.5 cups dates
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 2 tbsp carob or cacao powder
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- ½ ripe avocado
- Blend dates and water in a blender until creamy.
- Add everything else and blend again.
- Decorate and serve.
You can also use a food processor to make it. Just soak the dates beforehand so it will be easier to mix them.
