Puncha Cream Ice Cream

Puncha creama is the Caribbean’s version of eggnog. This ice cream is rich and creamy without any dairy. It’s also simple but oh so good. What better way to summer-ize a classic cold weather treat!


  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
  • Pinch Celtic salt
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups water
  1. Blend all the ingredients until completely smooth.
  2. Strain and freeze in an ice-cream maker and serve
