If you’re feeling a bit down in the dumps this smoothie is the perfect cure. With its intense pop of pink (courtesy of South American superfruit pitaya), and its full array of powerful antioxidant compounds (anthocyanins and Vitamin C – we’re talking to you!) you will be feeling more energized and cheerful in no time. If you can’t find fresh dragonfruit you can find it frozen- try Pitaya Plus.
Ingredients
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 cup berries
- 1 cup blood orange juice or any type of orange juice
- 3 TBS damask rose water
- 2 drops blood orange essential oil
Instructions
