Pineapple, banana, raspberries, mache and vanilla combine together to form a magnificent display of colorful nutrition bursting with life force. If you’re not familiar with mache it is a green leafy veggie very similar in taste to spinach. Feel free to substitute any mild flavored green of your choosing. Even the kids will enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mache
- 1 cup pineapple, chunks
- 1 medium banana
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla (glycerin-based or bean)
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
