“This combo was truly magical and was the perfect fuel pre-workout. You gotta eat for life folks. Put the coffee and workout stimulants down- they will only harm your liver/kidney/adrenals. Reach for real food and feed your body so it will perform like a race car. ”
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 cups frozen mango
- 2 peaches
- 1/2 scoop sunwarrior or Epic Protein
- 1 teaspoon maca
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- enough water to blend
Instructions
1. Topped it with coconut, mulberries and more peaches!!
