Peachy Green Smoothie

Refresh and nourish yourself with a deliciously creamy peachy green smoothie by Christina Ross of Love-Fed.com featuring young coconut, almond milk, chia, spinach, ginger and of course fresh peaches! It’s the perfect recipe to enjoy while soaking up these precious final weeks of Summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp vita mineral green (optional to boost nutrition)
  • ½ inch nugget ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup frozen coconut meat
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • ½ cup mango

Instructions

1. Add all of the above ingredients except for gojis and mango to a blender and blend until smooth.
