Kibby Miller

5 recipes

For much of her life, Kibby Miller was like most Americans.  She ate the Standard American Diet (SAD), struggled with her weight and dealt with a multitude of allergies and other health issues.  Frustrated with the lack of results from fad diets and finally ready for a big change, in 2010 she switched over to a plant-based diet and lifestyle.  It completely turned her life and health around. Two years later, enthused with the results she saw in herself and passionate about getting the word out, she started her own blog on healthy, plant-based eating.

Her approach to healing focuses not only on the foods you put into your mouth but also incorporates the elements of body, mind and spirit.  She loves yoga, nature, organic gardening, music and the outdoors.

Kibby is also known for her amazing smoothies and has been called a Food Alchemist.  To top it all off, she is also a certified herbologist through the School of Natural Healing.
