The sweet taste of granola and cranberries, with a hint of vanilla and a smile of happiness…isn’t that what we live for? A little bit of sweet happiness.
- 4 c buckwheat groats (soaked and dehydrated)
- 2 c oat groats (soaked and dehydrated)
- 1 1/2 c fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/2 c chopped walnuts (at least soaked)
- 1 c maple syrup
- 1 c cranberries
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 t Celtic Sea salt
First, grind oat groats into a flour and slice cranberries in half. Then combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spread over several parchment paper lined dehydrator trays, and dehydrate at 105° F until crunchy.
