You might not believe it by the unexpected combination of ingredients, but this smoothie is sweet, frosty and delicious. Like an ultra-healthy-for-you, Vitamin C-packed slushie. The flavor of the bell pepper is subtle enough to blend in nicely with the tropical vibes of mango and pineapple. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango or banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon baobab powder (optional)
- 2 cups chilled coconut water
Instructions
