Green juice is packed with nutrients that keep your skin looking clear, radiant and youthful. It also boosts your energy, improves brain function, and strengthens your immune system. And if made with the proper balance of ingredients – can taste absolutely great! Use these recipes to get your green juice fix, or play around and create your own. If you’re new to green juice and not sure how you’ll feel about the flavor, start here.
***You’ll need a juicer for these recipes, not a blender***
- 4 Kale Leaves
- 2 handfuls of Spinach
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 1 small handful of Mint Leaves
- 2 Apples
- Add each ingredient to your juicer and juice!
Pro-tip: For a sweeter flavored juice, try adding apples, pears, carrots, or beets.
