Mint Chocolate Chip Nicecream

A healthy dessert that could even double as a breakfast, this recipe is creamy, refreshing, and even sneaks in some nutrient-packed superfoods. You cannot go wrong with the flavors of peppermint and chocolate, especially when they join forces in a creamy and cold medium like “nicecream”. Enjoy!


  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. spirulina powder
  • ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 2 Tbsp. raw cacao nibs


  1. Blend everything except the nibs until creamy.
  2. Stir in the nibs. Eat Nibs and Greens everyday!
