This smoothie by Amanda Maguire of Pickles & Honey is a great way to start your day! It’s loaded with fruits, vegetables, some healthy fat and protein, and an energizing, antioxidant kick from the vibrant matcha powder.
- 1 ½ cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup frozen chopped mango
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup frozen organic strawberries
- 1 banana (or sub ½ small avocado for a creamy texture)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender on high speed for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
