This salad has a tropical sweetness with a kick. The texture of the fresh bee pollen, satiates the tounge. The softness of the ripened mango against the contrast of the crisp cabbage, delicious!
- 1 1/2 cup Red Cabbage (sliced/shredded)
- 1/3 cup Cilantro (cut or torn into small pieces)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 6 Tbsp large shredded coconut flakes
- 1 Ripened Mango sliced and diced
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Blue Agave Nectar
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Dash of Redmond Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Anise Seed
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Bee Pollen
Combine cabbage, cilantro, green onions, coconut flakes & mango in a bowl. Pour honey and agave over the top. Combined mixture, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and sea salt(adjust quantity to your liking). Mix by hand then sprinkle anise see and fresh bee pollen on top. Enjoy!
