Harness the power of health-boosting mushrooms, and nutrient dense tiger nuts to create a delicious plant-based milk which will boost your energy, improve your digestion and foster better immunity.


  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup tiger nuts
  • 3 cups water
  • ¼ tsp Pine Pollen
  • ½ tsp Reishi Mushroom
  • ¼ tsp Eleuthero root
  • ½ tsp Lucuma
  • ½ tsp maca
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high power until the nuts and coconut are completely ground. It should be a pulp, some of which sinks to the bottom, and some which floats to the top when you stop the blender. The liquid should be cream in colour.
  2. Once ground adequately, strain through a nut mylk bag into a bottle, or use a fine grade kitchen sieve, pressing the extra liquid out into the jar or bottle.
  3. Once ready, store in the fridge for 3-4 days. Shake before consuming — it will separate naturally — and use in smoothies, oatmeal or to drink from the bottle!
