Kath and Jade are the sisters behind the dual run, @Panaceas_pantry , a vegan, whole foods Instagram page that has built a strong following over the past 11 months. They are currently working on developing their new small business, providing raw, vegan treats to local cafes. Jade is a passionate nutritionist and naturopath, doting mother to 11 month old Frankie and is passionate about sharing her love of health and wellness. Kathie works as a barista, currently managing a cafe with hopes of one day opening her own place, and is planning on studying nutritonal medicine in 2016.
