A tasty Green smoothie made with avocado, spinach, lemon and matcha! Deliciously creamy and yummy. Loaded with nutrients. You’ll feel both nourished and refreshed after eating this.
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- A hefty handful of spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup any plant based milk
- 1 tablespoon of any protein powder, I used hemp protein, but this can also be excluded
Toppings
- Raspberry
- Almonds
- Bee pollen
- Avocado
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together. Taste. Add more lemon to taste if needed.
- Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
