Green Smoothie with Lemon, Avocado, Spinach and Matcha

A tasty Green smoothie made with avocado, spinach, lemon and matcha! Deliciously creamy and yummy. Loaded with nutrients. You’ll feel both nourished and refreshed after eating this.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • A hefty handful of spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup any plant based milk
  • 1 tablespoon of any protein powder, I used hemp protein, but this can also be excluded
Toppings
  • Raspberry
  • Almonds
  • Bee pollen
  • Avocado

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Taste. Add more lemon to taste if needed.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
