Green Recovery Elixir

A green drink that is perfect for recovering after hot, sweaty runs in the sun and great for rebalancing electrolytes. It is also packed with superfoods, which act as anti-inflammatories and immune system aids to facilitate in recovery.


  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup coconut water 3 tbsp full fat coconut milk (I used homemade, but store-bought is fine too!)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp Moringa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baobab powder
  • 2 tsp greens powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4-5 ice cubes


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra ice if you prefer it to be more of a slushy consistency, or just pour over ice if you are looking for an iced drink!
