Goji – Cacao Afternoon Pick-Me-Up

A simple “throw together” that uses some of the oldies but goodies, goji berries and cacao chips. It totally appeased my appetite and also kept me going throughout the day!

Ingredients

  • A handful of Goji Berrie – I soaked these because I don’t love goji’s when they are not soaked for a couple of hours, but if you like them harder, don’t soak
  • A handful of Cacao Nibs
  • A handful of fresh blueberries. If you don’t have blueberries, you can use any dried or fresh fruit
Instruction
  1. Place in bowl and eat ; )

Yep pretty simple, but, like I always say, its those simple recipes that make it easy to stay raw.
