Hannah Mendenhall decided to make a delicious sweet treat. She describes this as “scrumptious, fresh, and light”.
Ingredients
- 1 c (8 oz.) walnut butter
- 1 c shredded coconut
- 1/2 c raw honey
- 1/4 t Celtic Sea salt
- 1/2 c cacao butter
- 1/2 c cacao powder
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, cream walnut butter, honey, and salt together. Add in shredded coconut, and roll into teaspoon sized balls. Freeze. Melt cacao butter, combine with cacao powder, and drizzle over walnut clusters.
