Frank’s Finest BBQ Kale Chips

Who said that plant foods can’t pack a flavorful punch! These raw BBQ-spiced kale chips are total case in point. If you find yourself having a chip attack there really is no better way to satisfy it then with crunchy, salty, spicy kale chips which have the added bonus of being rich with nutrition!



  1. Remove stems from clean kale.
  2. In a large mixing bowl massage remaining ingredients onto kale.
  3. Dehydrate at 105-115 degrees until crispy. Enjoy!
