Made using buckwheat groats instead of chia pudding, these healthy little pots are great for breakfast or snack!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
- 3 tbsp Chia
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Just Blends dragonfruit powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Sweeten to taste, adding more maple syrup if you prefer.
- Pour mixture into jars and place in the fridge to firm — 6-8 hours, or overnight. Once mixture is firm, top with fruit and yogurt and enjoy!
