Dragonfruit Buckwheat Pudding

Made using buckwheat groats instead of chia pudding, these healthy little pots are great for breakfast or snack!


  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
  • 3 tbsp Chia
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Just Blends dragonfruit powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla


  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Sweeten to taste, adding more maple syrup if you prefer.
  3. Pour mixture into jars and place in the fridge to firm — 6-8 hours, or overnight. Once mixture is firm, top with fruit and yogurt and enjoy!
