This is a recipe that pleases, especially those who love creamy, cheesy, comfort dishes.
Ingredients
- Your choice of Zucchini or Kelp noodles
- Alfredo Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup spring water
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup lemon juice
- drizzle of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- few springs of fresh parsley
- sprinkle of organic white stevia powder or 1 drop organic stevia
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy and toss with zucchini or kelp noodles.
