Chocolate Pudding

Chocolate Pudding made in 5 minutes with 2 secret ingredients for a very healthy and delicious dessert. Serve it during a dinner party for a decadent and easy sweet treat.


  • 3 avocados
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 5-7 tablespoons maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (helps to intensify the chocolate flavor)
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Simply blend all the ingredients in a food processor until creamy and smooth. Make sure there are no avocado lumps!
  2. Keep them in the refrigerator to set and get cold for about 15 minutes and sprinkle with raw cacao powder right before you eat it. Enjoy!
