These raw vegan kitchen sink cookies may look ugly but they taste simply delicious. Enjoy them with nut milk or raw ice cream.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 1/2 cup soaked raw oats
  • 1 cup almonds (powdered in a vitamix)
  • 1/2 cup Hunza raisins
  • 2 tbs. coconut sugar
  • 1 tbs. mesquite pod meal
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder

Everything but the Kitchen Sink

  • 3/4 cup raw chocolate bar (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup mulberries
  • 1/2 cup currants
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

Process the base ingredients in a food processor. Add a little water or fresh OJ if necessary.

Fold or mix in the kitchen sink ingredients until well mixed.

Make into cookie shapes and dehydrate on a non stick sheet for 12 hrs at 108F. Then remove from sheet and place directly on the mesh sheets to finish drying for another 10-12 hours or less if you want them super moist inside.
