The Pure2Raw twiins say that this breakfast pudding recipe is full of fiber, healthy fats, omega’s and calcium! They insist for you to go make yourself this chia seed tahini pudding & we promise you will enjoy it as much as we did. (and it is good for you too!)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons tahini (ground sesame seeds)
- *optional add-ins: banana, maple syrup, stevia, coconut flakes, or any fruit of choice. plus you can add in any flavorings of choice.
place water in a large bowl or cup and add in tahini and chia seeds. stir till well combined. let mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
-we like our chia seed puddings sometimes on the thick side so we use less water. so please adjust to your liking.
