Difficulty/Easy
You know those mornings when you’re in such a big rush that you don’t have time for breakfast? Sounds like such a cliche, but that’s because it’s so true. No time to clean, wash, chop and prep ingredients to whip up a smoothie…No time to even gulp down a bit of that overnight chia pudding. I’m referring to those mornings when you snoozed that alarm again and again until you were left with 5 minutes to shower and be out the door. This ‘recipe’ is for those mornings.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups already made chia pudding (I almost always use this Coconut chia pudding recipe)
- 1 frozen banana, pre-peeled and pre-cut into chunks
- optional: if you have anything else right next to your blender, ready to be used, feel free to add. I also added a handful of dry blueberries to this smoothie (thus the purple hue) and sprinkled some granola I got from the lovely bunch over at GoodnessmeBox
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, blitz for few seconds, pour into a jar and get busy with your day, while enjoying a healthy breakfast on the way.
