Chaga Shake

There are many superfood superheroes in this drink.  Along side the super immune building medicinal mushrooms Reishi and Chaga there is anti-oxidant rich Cacao, fibre-full Banana and Dates, and nutritious Bee Pollen. You will find that by making these health giving ingredients a regular feature of your diet, your immune system will be fortified, hormones more balanced, and nervous system strong.  It’s a great feeling to know that you’re fortifying your body from the inside – out.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Brazil Nut mylk (or any nut mylk your prefer!)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp reishi
  • 1 tsp chaga

Instructions

Mix the following ingredient’s in a blender, pour into a big glass and, enjoy the buzz!
