Try this three blend juice of carrots, walnuts, and ginger. This is perfect with any meal of the day and a great booster for when you’re feeling a little down.
- 1 quart carrot juice
- 1/4 c walnuts (at least soaked)
- knob of fresh ginger
For every 4 c of carrot juice also juice 1/4 c walnuts and a knob of ginger. This is so creamy and a little spicy, which is warming during cooler months.
