Carrot Ginger Dressing

This delightful dressing contains no fat! It will bring you to your amazement if you were to eliminate fats in your diet, just as Callie England is currently doing. She says “it’s really been a great addition to my daily diet and has been helping suppress savory cravings.” How about YOU?

Ingredients

  • 1 C carrot juice
  • 1 C carrots
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 C cherrie tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1″ peeled ginger
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Store in glass jar for 4-5 days in refrigerator.
