Bountiful Beginnings Juice featuring Anise, Greens & Coconut

The ultimate in refreshing nourishment! This is a green drink featuring all star ingredients such as fresh coconut water and the juices of apple, romaine, celery, cucumber, ginger and fennel. This green juice elixir becomes the base of a smoothie with the addition of brown rice protein, Vitamineral green, and white chia seeds. Light and perfectly sweetened by apple and coconut water and packed to the max with minerals and nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 2 inch cucumber
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 1 cup chopped fennel
  • 1 tbsp sun warrior or Epic protein powder
  • 1 tsp vitamineral green
  • 1 tsp white chia seeds
  • 6 ice cubes
  • ¼ tsp anise seeds (garnish)

Instructions

1. Juice the celery, fennel, romain, apple, cucumber and ginger.

2. In a blender add the coconut water, green juice and remaining ingredients except for anise.

3. Blend until smooth and serve garnished with anise.
