You need this smoothie in your life! Banana blueberry with a touch of Lavender, it turns into very smoothing day dreamy combo. Adding some figs gives this smoothie a delicious twist. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 figs (preferably fresh, but soaked dried figs work too)
- 1 drop lavender oil (add more if you like more intense flavor)
- 1/2 -1 cup almond milk or other plant-based milk
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and run until smooth. I recommend starting with less liquid and adding more if needed. I love my smoothie thick! Don’t go crazy with the lavender before taste tasting, it is really intense flavor! Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy!
