Go dairy-free with this blissful berry smoothie! Use any plant-based milk or even splash of water. Adding maca powder will deliver calcium, zinc, iron and potassium. This smoothie is thick, creamy, and tastes so much more amazing than you could possibly imagine with just four simple ingredients. Enjoy the delicious side of healthy!
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup almond/macadamia/cashew/coconut milk
- 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
Toppings
- 2 tbsp white mulberries
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Top with mulberries, shredded coconut, cacao nibs and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy immediately!
