Fill your hungry belly, nourish yourself fully and induce a lovely superfood glow with a delicious, satisfying and effortless Berry Tahini Chia Pudding by Breakfast Criminals! Enjoy plenty of omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, magnesium, iron, protein, antioxidants, and Vitamins C and E all within this tasty and highly nutritious recipe.


  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup almond milk (homemade for a raw version)
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 1 tbs tahini (or nut butter of choice)
  • 2 tsp sweetener of choice (brown rice syrup, maple syrup or agave)
  • Fresh berries, raw walnuts, and mint to taste for topping


1. mix ingredients in a glass jar and soak overnight in the fridge
