Banana Ice Cream with “Marzipan” Swirl

Frozen banana ice cream swirled with raw almond butter and a dash of coconut sugar – this is definitely one of life’s simple pleasures. There is no excuse not to make this recipe – it is SO easy. If you’ve got children who ask for ice cream this makes for an amazingly well-received alternative that wont cause allergies, tummy aches, energy spikes (and crashes), or stuffy noses. Enjoy!



  1. Add the bananas and almond essence to a blender. Add in a little water if necessary, and blend until you get a thick, creamy ice cream.
  2. Drizzle with almond butter and coconut sugar and swirl everything together.
